Reason I think they are ban evading - Same thread format as the previous five accounts, selling very cheap upgrades, new account, new MSN similar to the ones on previous threads.

Reason I think they are ban evading - The two threads are both polls with similar vote options made by newcomers with low post counts. New msns/skypes containing sythe username. Form, rules, prices are all similar in the threads.
