Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
The ip audit matches completely with the hashed data and the last digits. He uses the same layout for his title in both posts, sticks to one color, uses a skype add me button, and has the exact same box things in the titles that is unique to his posts. Obvious ban evader, only becoming active after the other account was banned, seems a bit suspicious and way to coincidental
