In my original account 'Syc0' i offered various services, selling steam accounts, WoW GTC and ofcourse RS pins, the reason the ban was installed.

I had two threads selling RS pins, first one was perfectly successful like my other services and i received a good reception, however second time round i had a personal problem which caused me to be absent for a lengthy period time. Due to the method of applying pins, it was normal for customers to pay upfront until i applied the pin. During that time, i had about 20 paying customers who had paid my PP account and were waiting for the upgrade. Of-course naturally I'd expect them to assume i was scamming and i think it was a fair reaction, this resulted in scam threads being opened to which i could not answer to as i was absent. This resulted in swift ban which again i believe at the time was justified due to my absence.

When i came back i checked my account and saw that i was banned. I went to my PP account and reversed all the payments. I don't think there's one customer that can claim they did not receive a refund, I am a very honest person and even if i wasn't, the logic of stealing $60 while i was handling $100's in my other threads wouldn't make sense. I provided the pin service for vouches more than anything else. I wasn't making any profit and wanted to provide a service to the community. My vouches speak for itself.

The only mistake i have made was creating other accounts (look above), i believe i should have disputed the ban at the earliest time, however just before i attempted to dispute I read the sticky that said 'Disputes after 30 days of the ban will not be accepted' (paraphrasing) hence i thought it would get refused instantly (i hope this doesn't) so i didn't bother. I wasn't very active on my other accounts, i made them mainly to give feedback and to make scamming reports if need be.

Before i end this thread I'd like to sincerely apologize to my customers for my period of absence and for any problems holding your money caused. I hope you look at this as a small glitch, in what was a consistent service i provided to the community. I believe everyone deserves a second chance.

 

I've pm'ed someone who is still active on sythe and who sent you $3 without getting an upgrade. We will see if he can verify your story about being refunded

 

Rs emperor claims he never got refunded. Do you have proof that you did in fact refund him?
