Why you think they are ban evading: i was looking thru gallerys of graphics and noamyouraim (whatever) made the avatar that the current user is using that noam made for zajarman, just ip check?

 

I ran an IP check and there is no match whatsoever. I looked into some other accounts that had multiple matches, and I believe Tohkaar-Kal may be ban evading from a different account. At this point though, the evidence is inconclusive and I will have to look into it a bit further.

 

I did make that avatar - but it could just be stolen.
