Ban evader maybe?? (please check ip)

Reason why I suspect~ They have offered to sell to me an account, so I wish to be sure they are legit. The email posted on their selling thread (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1414375) is [email protected], and Raizo is the username of the banned account. The banned account does not have the same email/msn, but I find it wierd that their email would have that in it, as from what I know raizo is not a common term/name. I have also screenied the thread, in case they change the email on it. (http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd390/rainbowdog1/Capture1sytheBanevader.jpg) And, they are also selling neopets items, which the account raizo was selling as well, and had a thread posted about them accusing them of scamming. I have no idea if that's what they were banned for or not.

Neither account is banned?
Nonetheless, even if they are the same person people are allowed to have more than one account if they do not interact with each-other and as long as they're not ban evading.
