Ban evader and someone that is scamming me right now...

So as you can see by the pictures this dude was banned on an old account.

You can see the IP's match, and ironically look his old account says Lithuania like his current Skype...

He is also currently trying to avoid refunding me for an account that was botted by him in the past and was just banned today.

He claims he has never botted yet it was a NMZ pure with every other stat 1, with 83M Magic experience, yeah OK.... so I bought it for 120M and it gets banned and now he is trying to avoid refunding me completely... well I did some digging and looks like he was banned in the past...

If more info is needed I am fine with posting anything needed....

Ban this dude and get my 120M back please....

Assumed the 2 days ban to be related to the account being sold, but if it says that offence date was when I was still holding the account, I was ready to refund. I logged in and checked the date:

Person allegedly did not know how to edit pictures, so I needed to make sure that this isn't my fault somehow, he then sent me this:



Seemed like a reputable person, if he confirmed, maybe the guy wasn't lying I thought,

The IP match is from a mobile IP and the two Sythe accounts don't appear to be linked otherwise. Additionally, once an account has been sold, the buyer assumes any ban risks, so we can't hold spya responsible for the macroing ban (which appears to only be a 2-day ban, the offence date of which you also tried faking?).
