    I think justice has been served haha...

    Is this allowed? He straight up admits to DOXING home and going through his personal stuff? Isn't that malicious activity.

    Deserved if the user was trying to dispute payments on paypal. Plus this form of doxing isn't really malicious he did it to get his money back. If he were to spread the information around it would be a different story.
