Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
This user scammed someone for 60m earlier this week.

Now when i rented his max main again thinking it was a different guy i found out he was another $5 donator.

and the acocunt he rented me was same one he rented me before he was banned. here's a screneie.
