Removal of Banned label please

Hi, so roughly 2 weeks ago I posted a pardon, In which, I assume was passed which would explain the un-banning of this account.

However, to avoid any future mistakes/mishaps

May I please have my accounts un-banned to prevent the event of somebody mistakenly reporting me for "Ban evading" please (or deleted if needs be).
