regarding my ban

i have now compensated the user, i would like to go ahead and continue with the dispute:
i have been busy with college and basically playing modern warfare 3, saints row, assassins creed and so on as it was the busiest 2 weeks in the gaming community, due to the fact that i found out i was banned today 11-20-11, when it was issued on the 16th, and i wasn't even aware of the dispute and i would much rather give him a membership or 7$, and i find it really odd that staff would go ahead and ban me over 7$ without even pming me on such a quick conclusion .
