Ban Crypt

He said that he would finish his trade by sept. 3rd 2009 (the trade for Fighter Torso, Fighter Hat, and ALL roles 1-5)
On August 31th 2009 around 10pm central time zone (the night of the trade) He says "if u ever want me to b4 i start leveling up roles u can decide if u would like me to send $20 back and just get u the torso and fightter hat"
Shortly after that message, we agreed to 17 as my account was a little more difficult for a torso and fighter hat.
He sent me 17 USD and then another 3 USD.
The 3 USD was supposedly for someone else.
Sept 2nd 2009: I found out about the extra 3 USD when I came back to MSN the next night (about 24 hours later).
I logged into my account and nothing had been completed besides what I stated in my post yesterday on his thread.
48 hours ago from now.. I had the same points as I did when I logged in today.
I asked for a FULL REFUND.. and this is what happened:


2 days vs my paypal history both on the same day.
Please help me with either getting my money back or REMOVING a scammer from sythe.org

well I looked through the thread and it seems like hes trying to get in touch with you, i've sent him a warning but if he does not pay you back then he will be banned.

 

His threads have been locked until this issue is resolved.

Still owes me 3 USD :/
