    May I ask?
    Ok, yes, I did create a new account after I got banned on CheaplyAkward. I didn't have a verified paypal. So how could I have gotten chargeback when I couldn't recieve any payments. I made another account because all I do is sit on sythe all day, it's my home and I couldn't dispute my ban because it wouldn't let me. Now I know what I did was wrong but don't ban me because someone lied about paying me. I was obviously framed for chargeback.
