Defense against a report agains Z 4 R O S

I have been recently banned for "scamming" in this thread (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1513538-scammer.html). From my point of view, the evidence in the report is extremely weak and fails to prove anything.

In the MSN conversation, the username and password he gave me were incorrect. He never changed the e-mail to [email protected] as shown in these pictures:

I decided to humor him while saving screenshots of my own so that I would know who scams and who doesn't. It seems like a bad choice now that he decided to report ME. I'd dealt with several attempted scammers who tried to fake account credentials before, and reasoned that if I backed out of the trade, they would gain nothing by reporting me. However, this is a new experience and I will certainly be revising my black-market practices. While the PM conversation did take place, there is nothing incrimiating with requesting to go second when the other person has less trust than you. I admit that nothing was paid to the PayPal as the account credentials did not work, but another possible flaw in similar reports is that the PayPal image could have been taken from anywhere, even a junk account with $0.00 like that one.

Though this doesn't count as much, I also have 7 vouches on my vouch thread http://sythe.org/vouches-forum/1431421-z-4-r-o-s-vouch-thread.html), showing that I've done several trades recently without a problem. I've also been a member for several months now and never heard a complaint about this kind of behavior.

I understand that this is a temporary ban, but it feels unjust for my track record to be tarnished for something that I had responsibility for. Furthermore, I have a feeling that a TWC will appear on my account after the ban is over, and this will dampen my prospects of doing more business on this site.

It's rather incriminating that you agreed to pay him, and then logged off without doing so after you agreed to his terms and had the account set to your email. For all I know, you deleted the emails you got from jagex, and then took those pictures. What you've uploaded proves nothing. I'd like you to explain why you should be unbanned when you broke the terms of a contract you set up with another trader, and then logged out on him
