I have two versions, because I wanted to keep in mind the problems that I had with my LAST post here where because of the nature of people's screen brightness, noone could see the detail. I'll let you decide which looks best...

 

Kinda looks like you blended the render and the background too much from what I can see.

There is no separate background, it is part of the image - The two are actually one.

 

Personally, I like the second one. The light seems a bit better on that one.
But this is almost the exact same theme/color/style as the butterfly one in your sig.
Text is good (same as last one), but I don't like that text on the top.
I like the stars around him. I don't really know anything bad about it besides removing the text at the top. Oh and the bottom right just seems a bit fuzzy/uneven or something, maybe sharpening that part may help.

Lord.... where's the respected members when I need some help? Have you gone to some other magical GFX forum?
If you have, in all seriousness, PM me it. I would prefer going to a forum based purely upon Graphics for this kinda help, rather than a section on a Cheating website....

I've been there, it's helped me out plenty with many great tutorials, and yes it is a forum with plenty of great sections (tutorials, sigs etc.)

 

Am not liking the text overlay on the stock/render.

Try to make focal 66% across rather than 50% (rule of thirds) or anything nearer that.

Composition could be better, effects etc.

The space stock is really low quality, try use a sharper crisper one.
