Lawliett scammer

Since lawliett got banned today for threathening over msn i was ordering some gold from him the same day he got banned. The payment went well till he told me to wait a second so he is going to get online on RS so i waited almost an hour and a half from now and still he is not responding to me.

*I did not get scammed by his imposter it was his real paypal adress he sent to me!*

Is there a way to do a chargeback if i did paid as a gift?

He also told me that he had a payment pending because it does usually take him 1-3 buissness days to receive the money.

But now i don't know if this is considered as a scam for now but here is some proofs of the transaction.

I am very sorry for my bad english it is especially because for me it was a great loss even if it was only 47USD.
