Discovery Ch. Scammed Me + Friend

EDIT: I would also like to mention, DO NOT let him use the excuse " he was on vacation" he accepted the money KNOWINGLY that he had to get the upgrades ASAP, I have tried to reach him through PM + MSN and nothing, this has to be dealt with asap

Briefly explain the trade: From a friend on Sythe, he paid 700m for upgrades from discovery ch., he ( discovery ch.) also owes me 2.7b, however I believe this is enough for now.

This proof is for Sweety Chilli on sythe, who if needed, can verify that this proof is correct, I am doing it on his behalf, however he has scammed me as well and if needed be I will provide proof for my scams too.

How they scammed: Paid 700-800m, and now months later still has not responded or given a damn about getting upgrades. This report has been made because he has recently made a new thread wanting to buy 2B which states he is back.
