Wtf is up with the updates?

What's going on with all the updates? There's been 3 in the past hour or so.

 

I think they're fixing the lag and such.

 

Hopefully I've had some bad lag issues every now and then to the point where I can't move.

 

Mabye christmas event stuffs.

 

I am slightly annoyed as right when I decided I felt like logging into RS, I managed to get in about 5 minutes before the system update. I thought no biggy, I will just have to reload everything...

Anybody else having the same problem? Its been about 20-30 mins since the update, and the RS homepage is only showing that about 9000 people are online. So atleast it doesn't look like its just me who is having trouble..

 

I was out for about 20 minutes and when i managed to get back in: System Update in 1:13....fml.

 

Just got an update, I waited liek 10mins before logging in. I logged in and the update counter was up again at 57 seconds. So I got kicked out again.

 

im all good and online atm

 

same situation here... i've been playing for 15mins today

 

They where trying to fix the Lending Glitch, Now they are trying to fix The Wildy Lagg.

 

Actually it was a quest / graphics update, nothing was touched reguarding the wild.

That's not even relevant.

 

It's the primary source of the update, don't intervene.

 

Seems as though my lag will continue.

 

Do you play on high standard graphics?

 

Dude, consider yourself lucky for even getting back in! I tried for 30 mins and couldn't even get in there for some reason >_<

Its been quite a few hours now that I've been running around doing stuff IRL, so I am going to attempt to log in again now. Fingers crossed! ^_^

 

i am pretty sure it is to deal with the lag / server issues.

 

Working fine now.. But they should fix the lag.
