Buying an account is never safe. Account trades are complete trust trade to the person you are buying from. Even if they gave you the original email and passwords and you changed the registered email, they would still be able to recover it. They will always be able to recover it because they have the original IP address and the payment information. However, my account would come with a dedicated email as well as all creation info that would be needed for recover if you ever needed to do so.

We could get a middle man, but its completely pointless in an account trade. They are going to charge around a 5% fee and it wouldn't protect you if someone was going to recover it.

Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!
