Very nice art throughout im hoping one day i can get to this level, and tips or advice??

I still got a long way ahead of me, aim to become better than me !
As for tips, know that there's no secret to getting better. It's all the same for every artist.
Here are some tips:
- Focus on fundamentals for a great part. Make sure to do stuff for fun from time to time to make the process easier,
as focusing on fundamentals the whole time will most likely burn the average person out.
(Fundamentals being: Anatomy, perspective, gesture etc.)
- Having a good base is important, make sure to take your time with the first step.
- I notice a lot of artists get demotivated seeing amazing work on social media, don't let it demotivate you. Let it motivate you
- The key to learning anything is consistency.
- If you're going to ask for feedback, make sure to apply it. Applying feedback has brought me a long way in a short time.

Practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect.
Just doing is not enough.
