If my conclusions are true then by returning the money he would have gotten back the money he paid and a free hcim account. I leave this man in the hands of the brokers, who determine what will happen to him. I have complied with solving this problem, I recovered the account, I returned it to him and in compensation for the inconveniences caused I offered him a free service if he is interested.
