Baba Negra scammed me when middlemanning

Explanation of the trade: Baba negra was going to sell my account through his discord server, and take 10% commission on the sale.
How they scammed: Baba negra sold the account but never paid me.

He published it on his discord server, and 8 days later I tried to log into the account but the password had been changed. I confronted him with this information and got this as answer:

Eventually he got back to me and told me the truth, that part of the money, 3B, had been given to him ingame, and his mule had gotten banned. 710$ was sent from Griff to baba over LTC.

At this time baba accused me of trying to receive money from him and at the same time trying to recover the account. This is when I figured out Griff was the buyer and decided to contact him directly and explain that the reason I sent recovery requests was because Baba had told me that the account was infact not sold, but had gotten hacked.

Griff then explained to baba that everythings fine and he can pay me the remaining money, 710$ which he had received over LTC. Baba said he would rather refund Griffs 1250$ to him and have Griff refund me the account, and all the parties agreed on this.

Baba has now blocked both me and Griff on discord and banned me from his server. It is pretty clear that he has performed an exit scam because he kept advertising the same account on Sythe, and scammed mcic9 for 775$.

Obviously I will never try to recover the account which Griff paid for. I'm the big loser in this situation.
