Ok, my policy on leveling is I only do 10 levels in a certain skill at a time. I also only do levels free if the current skill level and the desired level is below 60 (60+ the xp to get the next levels get pretty high) After that you will have to pay I'll accept pins, accounts, and pay-pal.



I really don't have much of a policy on PC just I'm not gonna do it for low low levels. And I can do it to get you xp, or void clothing.
