    Which violation you are reporting the user for: Fake Vouching / Invalid Vouches
    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Using Discord Messages as vouches. Easily falsified and misrepresentation of trust. He is not new to the forum; he should know that only vouches on-site from a Sythe profile are usable.

    I would assume this would be a temp ban offense/TWC. However I think furthermore he should be asked to provide proof of completion of those sales/services timestamped if it's going to fall under Fake Vouching.
