you should do it so say some one got all those stats and did all quest what there levels would become

 

Well the highest Xp reward in a quest is 40k(woodcutting) so it only go up by 1 or 2 levels.

 

Nice to know and also that post about the highest xp reqrd is ok to now too!

whats the lowest possible combat level that you can have with the quest cape?
