The account has a very nice woodcutting & fletching level (great for rebuilding!) and a high ranged level of 77. If I hadn't missclicked in bank it would've still had 43 pray, 70 agility and 50 magic for snaring, but that's not too hard to get back to. This account is perfect for your needs if you don't feel like starting out fresh (which can be quite hard these days), but you also don't want to blow all of your money on a maxed account.
