Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: As you can see they both use the same skype "lorenzofucksyou"

This should be plenty of incriminating evidence that should warrant a ban.

 

Did the user ever message you the code you requested via PM on Skype?

The only Skype I've found for this user (up to September 9th, 2014) is "angelusus151". This Skype ID appears to still be active and resolves to 2 IP's which match his profile and no one else.

Since then, they haven't posted their Skype ID most likely as a result of being scammed by an imposter. If you're unable to provide proof which links the Skype ID to the PM you sent, there's nothing I can do unfortunately, as the proof I have available supports his case.

Sorry I'm just now reading this, the sythe user sent me a PM about 12 hours later saying that the skype I pm'd him isn't his and that I wasn't talking to him, I don't have any outstanding proof so i suppose you can close this.
