    IP match and posting habits were relatively close, but inconclusive. What were you able to find to link them together?

    RSGoldGod was banned for scamming.

    The posting similarities, IP/ISP match, join dates reflecting the story that he was banned and returned by registering a new account, and name similarities were why I banned the user RSGoldBTC. If you feel this ban was in error, please feel free to reverse it.

    Given all of the similarities, it's most likely better for them to dispute the ban if they feel it was made in error. I was trying to do a lot of research at the time you decided to ban him.
