No Greed - Ban Evader/Fake vouching

Considering how both those people that 'vouched' him hasn't had a legit transaction and we're in a ring of fake vouching, and considering how he joined yesterday, its only appropriate to think he is a evader or a Fake Voucher. He added me when he first joined to try and sell me some gold, however wanted me to go first, and when I brought Pokemoners to MM, he mysteriously 'brb' and never spoke to him since.

As for the TWC he proposed on me, I was willing to offer the STREET PRICE (not buy) the partyhat, and then trade it back. I would never let anyone on my account (or the account I need it on). Yes, I know there has been alot of popups lately, and I never said I had a Phat. I have a red mask, and therefore he wanted a phat so I didn't reply/add him. Don't weed me out as a scammer, I have done nothing wrong.
