strong ilan got a member banned because he claims his iTunes code got used by the MM

I think this is ridiculous that a MM got banned for no reason.

The user Strong Ilan contacted me saying he had a £20 iTunes card for sale, in fact £20 iTunes cards don't even exist as you can see on the apple website.
He then must have later checked and seen that only £25 cards work, and so the iTunes card that he claims the MM used might have been a US one that he'd used himself.

I think that it's really unfair that Cas_M banned muthafukn g without solid proof, when it could have been strong ilan who used it himself, as muthafukn g is a $300 donor with lots of vouches. I am in no way friends with him, but I feel like it's an unfair decision that's been made, and don't condone this sort of behaviour. If someone is being treated unfairly and a staff member think it's ok to ban him without proof, then in my eyes, they've made an unjust/biased decision.

I think you should be banning strong ilan, firstly because he lied about the iTunes card being £20, when there is NO SUCH THING.

Secondly, you should unban muthafukn g because strong ilan does not have evidence that it was him that had the key. He could've sent it to 50 other people for all you know, why are you banning someone because a guy said he used his key.

Seriously, his scam report isn't valid, and Cas_M over used his power as a moderator and didn't take his scam report seriously.

Just because strong ilan posted trying to bump it up, and Cas_M said sorry for the delay, that means it's ok to ban someone does it?

Well, I hope a staff member unbans him and bans strong ilan.

Muthafukn g is currently banned for selling 2 accounts that got recovered and he is refusing to refund his buyers, his ban is completely unrelated to the itunes thread
