I've contacted him about this. He's DNT'd at the moment until I get the information from him that I need.

 

I've asked the user several questions throughout the past few days, and he provided me proof that those screenshots are indeed from HIS rental services along with start to finish conversations with the clients. I've reviewed every single screenshot by asking several questions that he was able to provide proof of as mentioned in the first sentence, therefore I'm closing this, and I've had a higher up lift his DNT just now. Thanks for the report though.
