You need to wait till up to a month to change email, because recently jagex track account movement, they would lock acc if a new ip address change email

 

I guess this is false, my ip changed a week ago, because I got new internet. My account isn't locked.

No, its false. Ive sold 3 accounts and have changed the email to buyers which live in a different country. 2 months later they arnt locked.
