Same guy; similiar formats of threads; same wordings, excessive use of "cheapest" "bulk" " best rates guaranteed" (does this on every thread on every account); same ToS (becoming cleverer now, not just copying and pasting from past threads like he used to but has now changed order and wordings but they essentially say the same thing); opens shop up within days of joining site and notice how all of his vouches are from newcomers with 1 or 2 posts.
