DO NOT USE. A simple bit of miscommunication has lead one of their workers 'A.J' to messaging all my family causing a lot of stress. VERY unprofessional. I cancelled my 500$ due to slow service and changed my password on osrs and blocked 'A.J' on facebook as I had no need to message him anymore. I then sent him a messgage on discord asking him to let me know how much i owe him. Next thing you know i have a worried girlfriend, upset father and 2 confused brothers. DO NOT USE.
I'm yet to pay for my service as I believe his actions were so poor. The company themselves should be embarrsed. I'm making contact with Admins to resolve this.
*I'm sure they will try and deny this. I have screenshots of everything which will be sent to the appropriate person.

@OsHelp Please provide the conversation between you and the customer stating the timeframe of the order

@C0CAINE You have been DNT'd. Miscommunication / Slow services? You agreed to a 4-6 week timeframe, and they were well beyond that in 3 days. Please don't make excuses to try and squeeze your way to not paying them.

You have been DNT'd until you have paid them for their work, and if it's not paid, you will be banned.

 

@video hasn't responded. I haven't scammed anyone. I can forward the convo onto video if needed. If not remove my DNT

 

Did you include the screenshots of you lying about the process which is why I cancelled the service?

 

I' getting banned after me and you haven' spoke? you haven't seen suffient evidence. Neither have you heard my side. Imagine if you messaged someone on discord Champ saying you'll pay them and asked for an amount and before you know it you have your family calling your phone up sort. You wouldn' want to pay for that service either. Plus they have broken 3 rules which they haven' received infractions for.

 

500$ for 2 hours work a day. I don' think there service is that good. My reason for disputing the payment if the problems he caused me in real life. All screenshots can be shown to Video to prove I'm not lying.

 

@C0CAINE apologies for not replying earlier. You will have to pay them for the work they've completed. The harassing of your family members/yourself is a separate matter that we will discuss/find an appropriate punishment for
