Avoid mains for rwt ban?

Hello all!

So i'm wondering, I have a couple of max acc where I just grind mills, and the mills I just would like to sell it.

So how would I avoid getting an RWT ban on my main accounts and how would I sell the gold to reduce an rwt ban ( Trading, staking, make an mule alt)? and if I get a rwt ban. Does all my account getting banned?

If I would just sell a couple of 100m a week

Any great tips would be Huge appreciated!
