Scammed by BSJWR

Hello, I am here to show evidences that I have been scammed by BSJWR for a near maxed account, account name ingame : Odd King
I was new on sythe and decided to buy the account off him for 220M GP eoc.
It first got locked the night I got it, I told myself it was probably jagex noticing the new IP, got it back in about 2 minutes. Installed Jag, got myself comfortable on the account. 2 Days after I bought the account (This morning). Wrong password! Obviously I knew he recovered it. Here are some pictures. We talked on skype, I actually tought he was legit, now I feel extremely bad since I got scammed twice by account scammers.

I feel pretty much destroyed at the moment... I don't even know what to think...

EDIT : He also told me he was the original owner of the account which is a LIE. ''Sry GG'' is the owner of the account and I have been talking to him since yesterday. He told me that BSJWR asked for the recoveries.. the ones that he never planned giving me. I knew it was fishy when he told me he forgot the recoveries. ''Sry gg'' tried to help me out which is pretty cool, thanks again man !
