This has to be one of the worst attempts ive seen, the buttons are different sizes theres no colour to it and he states he has a view source on it which is just the IE's Veiw Source not his.

Splash screens are annoying, and should only be there to provide a user something to look at if it's loading large resources, like IDE's, Software suites and sometimes games.

Note that Firefox and Internet Explorer don't have splashes.
