How to find out the name from a cell number?

I'm getting texts from someone and I want to know who it is. I've tried searching for sites where you just enter the number but so far all i've been able to get are the location and what carrier they use. Is there a free site that will tell me the name? If not, what is a legit site that will and accepts paypal?

That site is highly inaccurate. It gave my location as being like 2 hours away from where I actually live. And that doesn't give the name. I doubt it could.

Oh, then I have no idea of a site, the way they charge you is it charges it to your phone bill the next month.
