There is no specific time limit of how long, but i would love for it to be within a week, or less. Don't bother hacking because my uncle works for Blizzard, and I can EASILY get my stuff back Anyone willing to help me?
That statement to me just seems to egg on the hackers to me, and please don't risk your uncle's job just because you don't want to level your account your self.
