I would say that a Zamorak Brew better befits that description, since it temporarily boosts your strength and damages you without healing you. Since an overload boosts every combat stat, it's more like that drug from the movie Limitless. It boosts everything, but then when you run out you're screwed.

I thought you were referring to the number of people who bot up common training places. Aka, Runescape "Overload".

If I want to bot at the damn flesh crawlers, I shouldn't have to fight with 3 other bots for one flesh crawler damnit!

I'd call Runescape a Defence pot. You'll drink it (start to play RS), then you'll eventually be more vulnerable because your defence goes down. (RS addiction). See how that works out?

I would consider overloads as steroids. They have negative health effects, but they make you super strong as long as you inject them every time they start to wear off.
