I would like to start a RS Item Business!

The only problem is my count rate, i need people to trust me because this would require me logging into the account and getting various items of their choice, i would charge but not much, it would be through paypal as SERVICE therefore they feel safe about the purchace. it would not be the FASTEST service but it will be the CHEAPEST

Any tips on getting trust?
