RSbuddy help?

I recently download RSbuddy but for some reason it won't open.
I have redownloaded it countless times and updated my java as well.
Can someone help me fix this problem?

I went to try and update my java again, but everytime I click the download java button It "restores" the page and then has a website restore error....

 

Remove your whole RsBuddy folder and then try open it. Also if your getting error messages at the bottom please state what they say.

 

what folder?
It just gives me a little image with the java logo on it.
Do you want a picture of it?

You're not meant to extract the file. Just download it and save it as .jar

 

I tried that, it didnt work =/
That was the first thing I tried...
