Can't view my VPS?

I tried to connect to my vps with UltraVNCViewer, but it hasn't been working for me anymore.
I hit connect, and a message pops up saying Failed to Connect to Server!
It used to work perfectly for like 3 days and when I got home today to check, it wasn't working anymore.
I bought the second package off burst and it still says my payment is working till August 7th so yeah.
Anyone have any idea why?
And yes, I had a friend set up the vps for me so it's all set up
I also tried viewing it from an app I have, VNC Viewer on my iTouch, and that also doesn't work.

 

Have you tried emailing the company? Maybe something is wrong with your VPS server

if so :
Somehow, the vps might have shutted down or lagged.
It's probably on now, so, go on putty, connect and all and write 'vncserver'.

It will run the vncserver application that might got closed.

I hope it's it. It's usally what happen to me tought

 

I typed vncserver
It says:

New 'seaman.com:1 (root)' desktop is seaman.com:1

Starting applications specified in /root/.vnc/xstartup
Log file is /root/.vnc/seama.com:1.log

Is that what I was looking for?

No problem

Just don't forget it in-case it happen again. The vncserver session just timed out or closed.

 

when your vps lags, go to the httpsIP)PORT) site that burst net sent you and login, then restart your vps from there.

Then you gotta open putty and do the login and vncserver thing so u can connect.
