(Help Needed) Change a Variable per click

EDIT: I SOLVED IT MYSELF. I way over thought the solution. This can be closed.


I apologize in advance, I am kind of a "noob" to this but here is what I need:

For every time someone clicks a button I want a variable to +1.

I simply then need the function to detect a click.
