Confused about this subject.

Are Simba and Scar the same thing? if not which one is better?

Simba is not the same thing as SCAR.

Simba is developed by the community of SRL, and has a decent sized scripter-base and the friendliest community you will find around.

SCAR is older, less stable(I believe), and there aren't as many people working with it.

Both simba and scar are working and have working scripts, but simba have more community member than scar atm.

In terms of programming they are very very similar.
