    OBS/CSGO - Issues.

    Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get a livestream up and running but I'm having some issues with a few different things.

The first problem is that OBS, while I'm playing CSGO will give me an error readout of "WARNING: Taking too long to encode, skipping frames!" (I found out that this is due to my x264 setting being on faster - reduced to very fast)... I would like to bump this up though.

Encoding information: Max Bitrate (3000) / Buffer Size (3500).
    Audio AAC @ 128Bit/48khz stereo

    Video base resolution @ 1280x720 @ 60fps

Next, CSGO is taking up a good 80% of my CPU while I'm playing.

This was happening before I overclocked my CPU so I figured I would overclock the CPU to fix that issue. Now that I have overclocked to 4.2gHz (stable btw), it is still hogging my CPU usage! I cannot figure out why it's doing this. I have modified the launch options so that the game utilizes all 4 threads AND 10GB of RAM - yet it doesn't seem to make a difference. I have even tried tweaking the options in game and it doesn't make a difference. Can someone help me with these problems?
