1st Question Answer: Yes but Unlikely Chances of Getting Caught By Jagex
2nd Question Answer: No Where You Cant Get Away From Randoms,
EveryOne Knows That There Is Chance of Getting Caught By Jagex but You Won't Get Caught If You Don't Use It Every Second Of Every Day.
If You Do Use It Every Second Of EveryDay You Will get Caught
If You Need A AutoAlcher Program I have Some.
