    Custom rank is not removing background!
    Yahallo! I am trying to get the following image into my Custom Rank:
    https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/images/4/4f/Twisted_bow.png?029ba

    It is not registering as I need the background removed, I have tried multiple websites to do this to no avail. Has anyone had experience with the Custom Ranks and will be able to help me?
