Ban or alteast TWC

So after a long break from this forum I bumped for sales thread and looked for some customers, I then find "vinerpiz" looking for low digits, which is exactly what I sell. So great match I thought, but no... He would not go first, to ANYONE. Not even members with vouches.

I think it should be enough for a TWC or maybe a ban.

Not enough for a TWC, I don't go first with people I don't know. It's quite normal for someone not to want to go first with a trade.
