Windows 2003 VPS - RSPS

Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this, but here is the question.

I just bought a Windows 2003 VPS. It's a cheapo one, and is for testing purposes more then anything. I'm wondering how to put a RSPS on it. It has not yet been set up, but is in the process. I'm just wondering, how do I upload my files and do I have to essentially "Port forward" on the VPS, if so, how do I do it.

I understand there will be people that will say 'Linux is better'. I'm not familiar at all with Linux at the moment and will use windows for testing only.
