AUS paypal help?

hi guys. A month or two ago, I read that you can send money off of an unverified paypal account as long as it was an Aussie account. So I made an Aussie account and got enough money for a PIN.

Just a few minutes ago, I tried to go through with a trade. It didn't let me send money off of the account because it was unverified.

WTF? Did they change this?


Is there any way I can get the money off? This is my *third* paypal account I'veg otten money on. I can't verify my paypal account, and I really want to buy a PIN...
